Lancôme flagship store Champs-Élysées

Lancôme inaugurates the “House of Happiness", its first flagship on the Champs-Élysées. Chafik is the artistic director of the project. An immersive display case celebrates the rose with a bouquet of more than 15,000 rose petals, the brand's historic emblem.

Chafik managed the creation of a new brand identity for Lancôme’s sales locations around the world. In 2015, with Lancôme, he invented a more open and collaborative store concept putting luxury and beauty in line with the aspirations of the new generations.

Sephora megastore Champs-Élysées

Dominique Mandonnaud, the founder of Sephora, entrusted Chafik with the direction of the creation of the Sephora megastore on the Champs-Élysées. A temple dedicated to beauty, a jewel of light, colour, touch, sound and fragrance that invents the multi-sensory experience of self-service luxury. For seven years, Chaﬁk participated in the worldwide development of Sephora.

Lancôme concept stores in China

Kenzo showroom concept

Kenzo asked Chafik Studio to create a concept of store to deploy internationally. Chafik opted for an architecture all in materials, wood, earth and light. He designed a line of furniture of acetic rigour in the tradition and the know-how of master carpenters.

Val-Saint-Lambert showroom in Dubai

In 2015, Chafik began a collaboration with Val-Saint-Lambert, a prestigious Belgian crystal glassworks, official supplier of H.M. the King of the Belgians. He participated in the revival of the Belgian crystal glassworks Val-Saint-Lambert founded in 1826. He ensured the artistic direction of the house, defined its new retail concept with an opening in Dubai.
